Biography

Judy Barclay joined Duquesne in December of 2024. She is responsible for professional development initiatives of University full-time faculty and staff. She designs and facilitates learning programs that focus on skill enhancement and workplace engagement, manages the staff orientation program and has oversight of the University™s Learning Management System (LMS).

Originally from Astoria, New York, Judy has over 25 years of experience as a specialist in Talent Management. She is certified in Instructional Design, DiSC Behavioral Assessment, and is a Senior Certified HR Professional, which she leverages to lead creative and strategic design of curriculum, dynamic delivery and comprehensive evaluation of training programs. Judy™s focus is on promoting cultural strengths and building confidences within the workplace with a forward-thinking, collaborative style. She has led global professional development programs throughout North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and South Africa, and chaired employee resource groups (ERG™s) in support of Neurodiversity, Performance Agility and Organizational Transformation.
